Heavy Layer Sheets are extensively used to provide Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH) solutions for acoustic insulation and noise deadening applications in the automotive industry. These sheets are used in the insulation dash (between the engine and passenger compartments) along with the under layer in floor carpets, laminates, side trims, wheel arches and structural heat insulations, for the attenuation of engine noise and vibrations into the passenger compartment of the vehicle.

Additionally, these sheets can also be made in EPDM Polymer, depending on the requirements of our customers, and are also used in acoustic insulation applications for flooring solutions, and in the manufacturing of Air Conditioners, Dish Washers, Washing Machines and Heavy Machinery.
